Distance Sales Contract

This Distance Selling Agreement, which is valid for sales made through the Sokaktaki Dostlarım website, regulates the rights and obligations between the buyer and the seller.

1. Parties

• Seller: My Friends on the Street Website

• Buyer: Customer who places an order through the website

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the process of fulfilling orders placed by the buyer over the internet and the rights of the parties.

3. Order and Delivery

• This contract comes into force when the buyer places an order through the website.

• Delivery is made to the address specified by the recipient. Delivery time may vary depending on stock status and courier company.

4. Fees and Payment Conditions

• The sales prices of the products are the prices valid at the time of ordering.

• Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or other payment methods.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• The buyer may return the product within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason.

• The product must be unused during the return process.

6. Termination of Contract

The parties have the right to terminate this agreement unilaterally for legal reasons.

7. Applicable Law and Competent Courts

This contract is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of dispute, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
